Letter from the President
Happy New Year! It is hard to believe it is 2010! I hope everyone enjoyed time celebrating with their families over the holiday break. As we enter a new year and think about our goals or resolutions take time to think about where the Lord is leading you. How can your life improve with service to God? What can 2010 bring to you and your children? What path will you take? As you discern remember our community at POP. There are many opportunities for involvement and service. There may be a place for you right here within our MOMS group. Start planning and praying now and blessings will come!
I am thrilled to hear Karol Ladd speak to us this month. She is so motivating and her wisdom is the perfect jump start to deepen our faith for 2010.

Outreach Information
This January will start our kick off for Outreach to being collecting baby items for the parish emeregency kits.
Needed are the following items:
- Diapers
- Diaper Wipes
- Formula
- Baby Food and juices

Christ Renews His Parish (C.R.H.P.)
Women's Weekend March 20-21, 2010 & Men's Weekend April 17-18, 2010
Now is the time to renew your commitment to Christ and to one another. You will experience individual spiritual growth as well as growth together as a parish family. This weekend is open to people who are registered at Prince of Peace, who are at least 21 years old, and who have not attended a previous weekend. Meals are provided and there is no charge for attending - it is a gift from people who have previously experienced the weekend.
